IN VARIOUS POSES AND LOCATIONS INCLUDING BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS.
- THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH MATERIALS OF THIS KIND, AND THAT YOU ARE
NOT OFFENDED BY SUCH MATERIALS.
YOU HEREBY FURTHER AFFIRM AND
WARRANT THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS AND ARE
CAPABLE OF LAWFULLY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
2. Some or all of
the following fees and charges may be incurred by the Subscriber:
a. Subscription Fees. Price are subject to change at any time and vary
depending on which billing option is taken.
b. Other fees and/or charges for goods and services ordered at, through
and/or from karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com and its licensees, either as special subscription
options, downloadable materials, or mail-order items.
3. Subscriptions may not be
assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must
promptly inform karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com of apparent breaches of security, such
as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password.
Until karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com is notified, by conventional mail, electronic
mail, or web site form, of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain
liable for any unauthorized use of karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com.
4. Subscription to karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com
may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com
or Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional
mail, or by telephone. Termination of access is effective 30 days from
the most recent bill date, if the subscription is cancelled by the Subscriber;
termination of access is immediate if membership is revoked due to violation
of this Agreement, or if the payment for subscription is denied by the billing processor,
or if the initial payment is charged back.
5. karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com does not
fully screen all indirectly-linked websites accessible through link-lists
on its Links page. Subscribers are therefore advised to use their own
judgment to evaluate all third-party communications available indirectly
through the use of karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com's Links page, prior to purchasing
goods and/or services, engaging in discussions, viewing content, or following
hyperlinks to other websites.
6. All materials included at
karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com are for the private use by Subscribers only. No other

7. Subscriber agrees not to

material that violates any federal, state, or local law in the United

to immediately terminate all rights to access to karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com. You
agree that you have hereby been informed and noticed that any and all
messages and other communications which you submit to karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com
directly can be read by the operators and/or other agents of karisha.Girls-R-Cute.com,
whether or not they are the intended recipient(s).
Customers who sign-up, download
and then ask for a refund, whether via chargeback or cancelled check transactions,
will be listed in our "dead beats" list, which may include publishing
of name and other details pertaining to the individual.
